For Natures Favourite to put your order through, we need some personal information from you. If the wrong delivery address is given we can re-deliver, but this may attract a re-delivery charge.

If we encounter any supply issues we will notify you as soon as practicable and give you the option of either obtaining a full refund or resending your flowers on an alternative day.

If you have entered into a subscription arrangement to receive flowers on a regular basis (weekly, fortnightly or monthly) you agree that your subscription will continue until such time as it is cancelled by you. Natures Favourite will be happy to resend a new bunch of flowers. Natures Favourite reserves the right to request photographs of the original bunch of flowers. Natures Favourite requires that any dissatisfaction with the freshness of the flowers be communicated to our team within 3 days of delivery.

To assist us in quality control, it is our policy to collect the original flowers.

Regretfully, we cannot arrange to resend a fresh bunch if the original arrangement of flowers are disposed or images are not available.

If the recipient receives damaged or substandard flowers, please contact us immediately so we can arrange the following:

  • A resend on the next available delivery date; or
  • A full refund

We will, at our discretion, consider issues raised after the 3 day deadline but reserve the right to refuse the options of refunding or resending another bunch. If a refund or redelivery has been approved, this will be done at our earliest convenience. Usually within 24-48 hours.

If you cancel on the day of delivery, you will be charged 50% of the total amount of the order.

However, time is not of the essence under these terms and conditions and Natures Favourite shall not be liable for any failure to deliver or delay in deliver for any reason. We are unable to provide exact delivery times as these vary due to different delivery routes.

We deliver to business addresses by 5pm, residential addresses by 6pm and school addresses by 3pm.

If you require a specific delivery time (e.g. prior 11am) then a special courier service will be required and this may attract an extra charge. Please contact us for further delivery information.

 

If the recipient isn’t there when we arrive, the flowers will be left in a place deemed safe by the courier. This could be at the back of the house, on the front verandah, around the side, outside the apartment door etc.

Just be mindful that apartment buildings can be tricky for our drivers, if there is somewhere in particular you would like the flowers left, just let us know via the ‘Order notes’ field at the checkout.

This may be due to a number of factors that are not possible to predict, like local flower or colour availability. Seasonal availability can also mean some flower types may vary from those displayed in some of the images on our website. We will always go out of our way to try and source the flowers that you want, but this is not always possible. The gift wrapping & packaging may also vary from what is pictured on the website.

If you have a very specific need that the flower arrangement comes exactly as appears on the website, it is your responsibility to contact us b y phone to discuss flower types, and availability.

Oders placed after 9:30pm will not be delivered next day. i.e. orders placed after 9pm on a Monday will be delivered on the Wednesday, after 9pm Tuesday delivery will be Thursday etc.
