Please note that by using the Website or ordering goods and/or services from us, the user or purchaser (you) agrees to be bound by the terms, conditions, disclaimers and limitations of liability contained in the web pages comprising the Website. You also acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to amend or update all information on the Website including these Terms and Conditions at any time without providing notice other than publication on the Website.
If at any time you are not happy with our service or products, please let us know and we can rectify any errors that may have occurred on our end. We are here to help.
Natures Favourite has sole discretion to accept or reject any order or any variation or modification of an order.
For Natures Favourite to put your order through, we need some personal information from you. If the wrong delivery address is given we can re-deliver, but this will be a separate order at the normal full cost.
If we encounter any supply issues we will notify you as soon as practicable and give you the option of either obtaining a full refund or resending your flowers on an alternative day.
We are unable to offer a refund if incorrect delivery information is given to us. It’s your responsibility to make sure you provide us with detailed and accurate delivery instructions.
If the wrong delivery address is given we can re-deliver, but this will be a separate order at the normal full cost.
If you have entered into a subscription arrangement to receive flowers on a regular basis (weekly, fortnightly or monthly) you agree that your subscription will continue until such time as it is cancelled by you. If you wish to cancel your subscription you must do so before to 9am on the day prior to your next scheduled delivery.
Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Natures Favourite will be happy to resend a new bunch of flowers. Natures Favourite reserves the right to request photographs of the original bunch of flowers. Natures Favourite requires that any dissatisfaction with the freshness of the flowers be communicated to our team within 3 days of delivery.
To assist us in quality control, it is our policy to collect the original flowers.
Regretfully, we cannot arrange to resend a fresh bunch if the original arrangement of flowers are disposed or images are not available.
If the recipient receives damaged or substandard flowers, please contact us immediately so we can arrange the following:
- A resend on the next available delivery date; or
- A full refund
We will, at our discretion, consider issues raised after the 3 day deadline but reserve the right to refuse the options of refunding or resending another bunch. If a refund or redelivery has been approved, this will be done at our earliest convenience. Usually within 24-48 hours.
Refunds are processed via their original payment method.
Any price indications or price lists provided by Natures Favourite are subject to alteration at any time without notice. For the avoidance of doubt this includes subscription arrangements.
All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD)
Natures favourite will make all reasonable efforts to have the flowers delivered to you on the date they are ordered. However, time is not of the essence under these terms and conditions and Natures Favourite shall not be liable for any failure to deliver or delay in deliver for any reason. We are unable to provide exact delivery times as these vary due to different delivery routes.
The Natures Favourite will not sell or share your personal information and no credit card details are stored by us.
