All orders need to be made by 9pm the evening before the requested delivery date. We also welcome orders in advance.
For same day orders, send us an email or text first.

If Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day is on a weekend though, we’ll also be open for those.

A full list of suburbs we deliver to can be found here. If your suburb is not listed, please keep checking back as we are constantly adding places to our delivery zone. Please feel free to email us about delivering to your suburb, and we will see what we can do!

We are delivering from 10am – 4:30pm to businesses and residential deliveries

We’re unable to guarantee specific delivery times, we’ll always try to the best of our ability to meet any delivery requirements your have. If your flowers MUST be delivered before a specific time however, please always email us BEFORE you place your order.

We cannot provide refunds for change of mind, or dislike of the daily arrangement.

We recommend choosing a delivery day and location when you know someone will be able to accept the delivery. If nobody is available to accept the delivery we leave the flowers in a safe and protected place.

We take no responsibility for an order which is damaged or goes missing as a result of this request.

It always helps if you can include a gate code or any other information in the delivery comments section on the order form

We are not responsible if an incorrect address is supplied. Please be sure that you enter all the correct details at time of ordering and please enter as much information as possible. There is space for you to provide any special delivery instructions when you place your order and we encourage you to use it.

For hospital deliveries > Please provide:
– The name of the hospital,
– The name of the ward and bed number if possible.

Some patents are admitted to hospital under their maiden surname so if possible please include this in addition to their married surname.
please check that the patient is not being discharged the day of delivery.

Business Address> Please provide the name of the business and whether the flowers should be delivered to reception, a loading dock or building concierge.
